SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- The U.S. Coast Guard is searching for three American sailors who officials say were last heard from on April 4 off the coast of Mexico. Kerry O’Brien, Frank O’Brien and William Gross were aboard a 44-foot Lafitte sailing vessel named Ocean Bound that reportedly left Mazatlán en route to San Diego, the coast guard stated in a news release. CHICAGO — Four teenagers were shot, one fatally, in multiple overnight shootings in the city. According to police, two boys, 15 and 16, were walking on the street near the 3700 block of South Wabash Avenue when a group of five to six men approached and fired shots at them. Police said the 15-year-old sustained a gunshot wound to the left foot and was transported to Comers Hospital in good condition. AUSTIN (KXAN) — The price to park at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is set to increase beginning Tuesday.According to the airport, the price increase would affect economy parking, as well as the blue and red parking garages. An off-duty LAPD officer died early Saturday morning after appearing to have crashed into the back of a semi-truck on the 210 Freeway in Glendora. The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. in the eastbound span of the 210 Freeway near Grand Avenue. Preliminary reports suggest that the semi-truck had broken down in the middle of the freeway and the off-duty officer’s car crashed into it."Upon arriving on scene, CHP personnel determined that it was a major injury collision," said CHP Sergeant Joel Holly. A man was hospitalized after being shot in the head in front of tourists on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Friday night.Police responded to Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue around 7:37 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department.When officers arrived, they found a 37-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head just footsteps from the famous TCL Chinese Theatre, authorities said. Two suspects fled the scene - a Hispanic female and a Hispanic male, both in their 20s, police said.Police said the victim initially witnessed some sort of fight or argument between the suspects when he tried to intervene.That’s when the male suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the head in front of the Hard Rock Café.The suspects ran off into the crowds of Hollywood Boulevard before officers arrived. Clear, sunny skies are in the forecast for Saturday, with wind gusts of up to 25 miles per hour expected Saturday afternoon and into Saturday night. According to the National Weather Service, temperatures will increase, and the region will remain dry through Sunday. Temperatures are expected to drop by the end of the weekend. “A cooling trend with strengthening onshore flow is forecast for early next week,” said NWS. Low clouds are expected in coastal areas, but they will make way for sunshine on Sunday.
